Damaged or Incorrect Products

Notification: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 2 days of receiving the item.

Return Authorization: Upon verification of the issue, we will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization if applicable.

Exchange Method: If approved, exchanges will be processed for the damaged item.

Parcel Opening Video: A mandatory requirement for processing the exchange is submitting a video of the parcel opening.

Refund Timing: Please allow up to 15 days for the exchange to be processed and reflected in your account.
